目前以台中為出發或終點，提供以下四條常見路線的專車機場接送：

台中 → 桃園機場 TPE 國際航班、長程線、留學與搬家行李最常見。
台中 → 松山機場 TSA 商務客、短程國際線、轉機行程。
台中 → 台中機場 RMQ 國內航班、外島與部分國際線。
桃園機場 TPE → 台中 紅眼班機返台、長途飛行後直接回家。
台中出發時間建議（一般天候）

實際會依航班時段、托運件數、天候與路況微調；派車前會再與你確認。

  • 桃園機場 TPE：尖峰或雨天建議起飛前 4.5–5 小時 自台中出發；離峰或紅眼班機約 4–4.5 小時。
  • 松山機場 TSA：多數情況建議起飛前 5–5.5 小時 自台中出發（需預留台北市區壅塞時間）。
  • 台中機場 RMQ：一般建議起飛前 1.5–2 小時 抵達；尖峰時段或需要託運可再提早 20–30 分鐘。

什麼時候特別推薦使用機場接送？
  • 帶小朋友或長輩出國：清晨、深夜航班推著行李再轉車很耗體力，專車可以讓家人一路在車上休息。
  • 行李特別多（留學、長期外派、搬家）：3–4 咖 29 吋行李箱、紙箱、樂器等，比較不適合大眾運輸，用專車從台中直達桃園機場會輕鬆很多。
  • 紅眼班機／極端天候：半夜抵達桃園，下雨又冷還要排隊等車，很容易心情崩壞； 事先預約接機，落地 80 分鐘內完成會合上車，直接睡回台中。
  • 一天安排多個行程：例如早上台中 → 桃園機場出國，前一晚還有聚餐或會議， 專車能幫你把時間排好，不需要再自己換車或找停車位。

車型與人數建議

  • Tesla 系列：適合 1–3 位乘客，行李約 2–3 咖 29 吋配中小行李。
  • 賓士 Vito 9 人座：實際建議乘客 4–6 位（最多 7 位）， 後艙可依行李數彈性調整座位與空間。

等候與超時計算

  • 送機：上車地點等候寬限 10 分鐘，超過以 15 分鐘 為單位計費。
  • 接機：以「班機實際落地時間」起算 80 分鐘寬限， 包含下機、過海關與領行李，之後同樣以 15 分鐘為單位計費。
  • 我們會追蹤航班動態，若航班提前或延誤，會配合時間調整接機。

客服與付款

  • 客服時間：每日約 12:00–22:00 主要回覆訊息，臨時加車仍以排班為主。
  • 付款方式：目前支援匯款與現金(首次預約只能匯款)；如需發票，可於預約時備註，由配合車行代為開立。
上車流程、集合地點與加點說明

台中市區上車

  • 以 到府接送 為主，也可約在社區門口或附近路口等候點。
  • 若需多點接送（例如先載家人，再去朋友家），會依路線與等待時間加計費用。

桃園／松山機場接機

  • 依各航站規定，安排在指定會合點（到達大廳或臨時停車區）。
  • 機場外圍常有臨停與管制，我們會在出發前以文字說明，抵達當天再用 LINE 引導會合。

人數與行李提醒

  • 預約時請告知：成人／兒童人數、大／小行李數量、推車或大型物件，方便幫你安排車型。
  • 賓士 Vito 建議 4–6 位乘客，若滿載 7 位乘客，行李空間會限縮，預約時會先討論擺放方式。

Q5. 付款支援匯款與現金(首次預約只能匯款)，沒有刷卡會不會不方便？
目前以付款支援匯款與現金為主，主要考量為結帳流程與匯費成本。 若你需要公司或個人報帳，可於預約時註明，我們會由配合車行代開發票並提供憑證。

Private, non-shared transfers between Taichung and Taoyuan (TPE), Songshan (TSA) and Taichung Airport (RMQ). Tesla and Mercedes-Benz Vito are available depending on passengers and luggage. Drop-off includes 10 minutes of waiting; airport pickup includes 80 minutes from touchdown.

Main routes we cover

We currently focus on routes starting from or ending in Taichung:

Taichung → Taoyuan Airport (TPE) Most common for international flights, long-haul trips and study abroad.
Taichung → Songshan Airport (TSA) Popular among business travellers and short-haul international flights.
Taichung → Taichung Airport (RMQ) For domestic flights and some international / outlying island flights.
Taoyuan Airport (TPE) → Taichung Ideal after overnight flights or long-haul arrivals.
Recommended departure time from Taichung

We will fine-tune the schedule based on your flight time, luggage and traffic conditions.

  • To Taoyuan Airport (TPE): usually 4.5–5 hours before take-off during peak / rainy hours, and about 4–4.5 hours for off-peak or overnight flights.
  • To Songshan Airport (TSA): about 4.5–5 hours before departure, as we need to allow buffer for Taipei city traffic.
  • To Taichung Airport (RMQ): around 1.5–2 hours before departure in most cases; add 20–30 minutes if you travel during peak hours or need to check in luggage.

When is a private airport transfer most useful?
  • Travelling with kids or elderly family: early morning or late night flights can be exhausting, especially when changing between different transport modes. A private ride lets everyone rest along the way.
  • Lots of luggage (study abroad, long-term stays, moving): 3–4 large suitcases, boxes or instruments are difficult on public transport. A direct transfer from Taichung to TPE is much easier.
  • Red-eye flights / bad weather: arriving at TPE at midnight in the rain and still lining up for a taxi is not fun. With pre-booked pickup, we meet you within 80 minutes after landing and drive straight back to Taichung.
  • Multiple appointments in one day: for example, meetings in Taichung the day before a flight from TPE. A private car keeps the schedule under control and removes the need to manage parking.
Vehicles, waiting time and payment

Vehicles & suggested capacity

  • Tesla models: best for 1–3 passengers with about 2–3 large suitcases plus small bags.
  • Mercedes-Benz Vito (9-seater): ideal for 4–6 passengers (maximum 7). Rear seats can be adjusted depending on how much luggage you have.

Waiting time & overtime

  • Drop-off: 10 minutes of free waiting at your pickup location, then billed in 15-minute blocks.
  • Airport pickup: 80 minutes of free waiting time from touchdown, which covers deplaning, immigration and baggage claim. Overtime is charged in 15-minute blocks.
  • We monitor your flight status and adjust the pickup time if your flight is early or delayed.

Customer service & payment

  • Service hours: generally 12:00–22:00 for messages and booking confirmation; actual transfers can be earlier or later depending on schedule.
  • Payment: currently via bank transfer or USDT. If you need an invoice for reimbursement, our partner fleet can issue it upon request.
Pickup, meeting point and additional stops

Pickup in Taichung

  • Door-to-door service from your home, hotel or office in Taichung city.
  • Extra stops (for example, picking up friends on the way) will be quoted based on distance and waiting time.

Airport pickup at TPE / TSA

  • We meet you at a designated point according to each airport’s regulations (arrival hall or short-term parking area).
  • We will send clear text instructions and use LINE to help you locate the driver on the day.

Passengers & luggage

  • Please tell us the number of adults / children, suitcase sizes and any strollers or bulky items when booking so we can arrange the right vehicle.
  • With 7 passengers in a Vito, luggage space will be limited; we will discuss the layout with you in advance.
FAQ (English)
Q1. Can I add an extra pickup or drop-off stop?
Yes. Additional stops are calculated based on extra distance and waiting time, usually in blocks of 15 minutes. If the detour is too big, we may suggest splitting into two separate trips.
Q2. Do you provide child seats?
Child seats are available in limited quantity. Please let us know your child’s age and weight when booking, and we will arrange suitable seats if possible.
Q3. What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight status and adjust pickup time accordingly. Airport pickup includes 80 minutes of free waiting from touchdown; overtime will be charged in 15-minute blocks.
Q4. Can you handle late-night / early-morning flights?
Yes. Night time or holiday peak hours may have surcharge, which we will inform you of when quoting, along with a suggested departure time.
Q5. Why do you only accept bank transfer or USDT?
At the moment, these methods keep our booking process simple and fees transparent. If you need an invoice for business travel or reimbursement, please mention it when booking.
